Product Description
After a gentle whole cluster pressing, the juice was fermented in a combination of neutral oak and second-fill French oak barrels. The barrels are then aged sur lie with battonage (lees stirring) every three weeks to create additional body, texture and viscosity in the wine. This wine was bottled unfiltered.
