Product Description

After harvesting, fruit for the Liberty School Chardonnay is whole-cluster pressed. Our Chardonnay is barrel fermented and aged sur lie for six-eight months in both American and French neutral oak barrels. The wine is stirred once a month to enhance its creamy character. Primary blending takes place after eight months and the wine then rests in tank for three months prior to bottling.
